What does it mean to live next to a short-term rental?
Rest easy! We never accept reservations shorter than three nights, ensuring a more secure and relaxed experience. Every stay is carefully vetted, requiring either a written application or positive feedback from previous stays. We take pride in hosting neighbors and their families, offering a home that extends the comfort and warmth of your own, no matter the occasion.
How do you monitor a property to ensure it's well-maintained and compliant with local laws?
We use advanced technology and check-in protocols to monitor the property, whether it's vacant or occupied. Our system has the ability to identify guest count, pets, and help manage noise and smoke levels in and around the property.
What should I do if I have an issue with a property you manage?
If you encounter any issues with a property we manage, feel free to call, text, or submit an inquiry. Our support team is available around the clock and ready to assist whenever you need help.
How does a short-term rental affect the neighborhood?
We aim to be good neighbors. By maintaining our property to the highest standards, we contribute to raising property values in the area. We also strictly enforce quiet hours, parking rules, and occupancy limits to ensure harmony with the community.
How do you handle parking?
We strictly enforce parking limits of 4 vehicles in the driveway or garage, with no street parking allowed. This helps avoid overcrowding and traffic issues. Absoultely no RVs or Boats.
How do you screen guests for safety?
We host only pre-screened guests, primarily corporate professionals or insured clients. Our properties are equipped with monitoring devices, and we conduct weekly exterior inspections to ensure the property remains clean and secure.
Does having a short-term rental in the neighborhood increase crime?
Research shows that well-managed short-term rentals do not significantly increase crime. In fact, by maintaining the property and hosting vetted guests, we contribute to a welcoming, orderly community.
We are worried about safety and crime, what measures do you have in place?
We have exteiror monitoring, guest count and security systems at most properties. Our site team is constantly reviewing the guests stay to ensure maximum occupancy rules are observed. If there is an issue with a guest that is realized, we immedaitely make contact with the guest to rectify and have relationships with local law enforcement should additional help be needed. To-date we do not have a police report on file due to our properties.

What do I need to bring?
Our properties are fully equipped with modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and a clean, well-maintained environment. We create a quiet, and enjoyable stay for all guests. Linens, towels, sheets, pillows, blankets and all appliances are provided. Show up with some food and your clothes.
Are there any rules I need to follow?
Yes, to be respectful to our home and neighbors - Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway or garage; no street parking is allowed. No RVS or Boats. Respect the maximum occupancy of the property. Collect trash and if applicable your dogs droppings. Let the Host know of any damage to the property.
Who do I contact if I have an issue during my stay?
Our local management office is available 24/7 to handle any questions or concerns. Contact information will be provided upon booking.
How is guest safety ensured?
Each property is equipped with cameras for security and noise-monitoring devices to prevent disturbances. Additionally, pools are secured with safety fences where available.
Do you allow early check-in or late check-out
When possible we can offer this for an additional fee. Please ask your Host atleast 48 hours before check in / check out.
Are pets welcome?
Yes - please notify us prior to check-in / booking and we will share our pet rules and any fees or deposits required to host your furry friend.
Are properties handicap accessible?
Not every property we manage has handicap features, reach out prior to booking to confirm.
Do I have to take care of any bills?
Nope! All utilities, and property services are covered.
